Angelica-020 White Medieval Dress

Description

This dress is made in white crushed (panne) velvet and matched with a pretty white floral brocade.

The neckline is a wide scoop neck and it has a fitted bodice with princess seams over the bust and down the back.

The waist seam comes into a deep point at the centre front.

The upper sleeves are fitted and the lower sleeves are very much of the medieval style being full and trailing and made in the brocade fabric and trimmed with a scalloped edge lace. They have ribbon drawstring ties on the inside of the sleeves so they can be gathered up or worn down if desired.

There is adjustable lacing at the back of bodice.

The skirt is full and 'A' line in shape which drapes softly to the ground.

There is a deep band around the hem of the dress also made in the contrasting fabric.

To finish the outfit is a matching belt, it is worn tied to highlight the shaping of the waist seam.
